Find Balance in Nature – Dartmoor’s Most Peaceful Retreats

Life is complicated, busy and stressful.
Unforeseen hurdles, health worries, financial concerns and everything in between.
Well tuned folk have been practicing this forever.
Important moments of immersion, balance and elements of recharging, alignment and grounding have all become key to managing our busy lives.
Essential for our modern world, a mindfulness and wellness tour can take you to the special places I utilise when I need to hit the reset button. Remote sandy beaches, windblown hilltops, refreshing waterfalls and the deep green woodland. All places that allow the connection, the detachment and promote the essential moments of calm and rejuvenation we require to return to the busy lives we all lead.
By connecting with the natural wonder, utilising and tuning our senses to hear rather than listen, feel rather than just touch and engage fully with the surroundings to promote that
required sense of grounding.
Waterways, rivers, streams as well as waterfalls. Dartmoor tor tops, craggy granite outcrops, ancient stone rows and circles and the emptiness of the open moor. Waves breaking on a deserted beach, sandy toes and distant watery horizons to clear hectic thoughts, calm the spirit, relax and unwind. A more relaxed tour.
Fewer, but longer stops with as much time as required.
If you feel you need to recharge, require a reboot or simply wish to detach from reality and seek out natural wonder for some overdue immersion and a reset, a wellness and mindfulness tour is for you. Available to individuals, small groups, families. Up to 6 people in groups size and fully bespoke.
Customisable to suit requirements and interests of the party.
Full day or half day. All year round availability
